Terms of use

These terms cover the use of Mochilu, the family's place to look after a child, in one home or two (calendar, parenting time, photos, expenses, conversations, child profile, documents and school notices). The person responsible for the service is Rômulo Carvalho (romulorgc@gmail.com).

Who can use it

The app is for adults. Children do not have accounts. By adding a child you confirm that you are entitled to organise that child's routine, and that you will share their information only with people you trust.

Your agenda, your responsibility

• The app suggests appointments and tasks from notices. A suggestion is not a confirmed commitment. Always check the date, the time and the child before you approve. When a date can be read in more than one way, the app asks you to choose.
• The AI can make mistakes. Do not rely on it for anything urgent, medical, legal or financial. The original notice is the reference.
• You decide who joins your family and what each person can see. Remove access when it is no longer needed.
• Do not send content you have no right to share, and do not use the app to harass, monitor or expose anyone.
• Abusive or offensive content can be reported inside the app (on comments, photos, messages, conversations, people and notices). We reply within 24 hours and remove the content and the person who posted it.

Parenting time, expenses and records

• Mochilu keeps what the family records (parenting time, swaps, expenses, conversations). This does not replace an agreement between the parties or a court decision, and does not change what was agreed or decided.
• The exported PDF says "Mochilu record. Not certified evidence." We make no promise of evidentiary value.
• The app never moves money: marking an expense as paid only records what people say.
• Parents and guardians have the same power in the app; changing parenting time while both are active needs the other one's acceptance.

The reading by AI

The reading is optional and needs your consent. It uses a limited number of readings per family each month. Without it, you can create everything by hand.

Plans and payments

Purchases and subscriptions are handled by Apple (App Store) or by Google (Google Play), in the app and in the settings of your Apple or Google account. One plan pays for the whole family, and paying never gives access to another person's information. Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription: cancel it in your Apple account or in Google Play.

Availability

We try to keep the service running, but it can be interrupted, and the free plan has limits. We may change or stop features with reasonable notice inside the app.

Ending

You can delete your account at any time (see "Delete my data"). We may suspend accounts that break these terms or put other people at risk.
